Who we are
Moonpetal Hollow is published by Frost Software LLC, Fletcher, North Carolina, United States. This policy explains what the game keeps, what it sends anywhere, and why.
What the game stores
Your farm, settings and purchase history are saved on your device only. The game has no accounts and does not upload your progress. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Purchases
Gem packs are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play, which handle payment and hold your payment details; we never see them. To confirm a purchase before granting gems, the game sends the store's transaction identifier, the product bought, and a random per-install identifier to our verification service, which checks it with Apple or Google and keeps a record of the transaction. That record contains no personal details, and it is kept for as long as the game is available so a purchase is never paid out twice.
Rewarded ads (the moth-courier's tales)
Ads are optional: they only play when you choose to watch one. They are served by Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), approximate location derived from your IP address, and usage information to serve and measure ads, in line with Google's policies. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you are asked for consent first, and you can change your choice at any time from Settings → Ad privacy choices in the game. On iOS, the game asks once for permission to track through App Tracking Transparency; if you decline, the ads you see are not personalised. Elsewhere, you can limit ad personalisation in your device settings.
Children
Moonpetal Hollow is not directed at children under 13, and its ads are not configured for child-directed treatment. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided some, contact us and we will delete it.
